100 Day Project

This post is a look at the 100 Day Project I worked on from January to April 2023. You can see again the beginning of my project and the parameters I set in this previous post. The 100 Day Project I am still motivated and excited about this project though I am a bit behind … For different reasons, I had not been able to work on my blocks for five consecutive days and decided to slightly delay the end of the project. Actually my intention was first to catch up but on second thought I realized it didn’t really make sense. If I had to sew several blocks in a row I probably would have worked in series which doesn’t meet the objective I set to myself. Je suis toujours enthousiaste et motivée par ce… +

I wasn’t intentionally searching information about the subject, but, last Fall, I came across a couple of interesting articles about The 100 day project. Sign of destiny? In the same period I attended the online lectures organized by the Modern Quilt Guild and heard a few quilters mentioning their experiences with this kind of projects. And the idea of trying that has made its way …Basically, The 100 day project is a global art project people around the world are joining in.
