I am really happy that I made the most of my trip to Quiltcon and Savannah last February. Since I came back my life has been a succession of troubles, bad news and worries … Whenever possible I rush into my sewing room and quilt a while to clear my head (and to keep me sane by the way !). Though I worked on WIPs not on my Q1 list (and maybe started a few new ones … ) I managed to finish these three projects. Last year I joined a new group of six quilters drawn to modern art quilt. Our first challenge is to make four small quilts (30 x 60 cm / 12″ x 24″). The theme is completely free but the four quilts need to have a connection between them and each one interesting in itself.
