Here is a first progress review of my 2025 projects. Here are the projects I will work on at this beginning of year. You already know projects #3 and #4 as they were started in 2024. A last update of my project list before the end of the year! Un dernier point de situation de ma liste de projets avant la fin de l’année ! #4 – Bars & Dots Project I made significant progress on my project #4 in November! I am super happy with the result so far and tempted to prioritize it instead of working on it in between other projects. I made a lot of progress since the last time as I did not post an update at the end of September! Comme je n’ai pas posté de mise à jour fin septembre, j’ai beaucoup avancé depuis la dernière fois ! #4 – Bars & Dots Project I almost finished the first two parts, hand stitching cercles on the bakground in between other projects for which I had deadlines. I will probably make good progress on the third part in November. This will be a good project to bring at a three day quilting retreat planned next week! J’ai presque… +

As I am not a fan of hot weather, I spent my time inside this past month, working on my projects and preparing our group exhibit. Comme je ne suis pas fan des températures chaudes, je suis restée à l’intérieur ce mois passé, à travailler sur mes projets et préparer notre exposition de groupe. #2 – Log Cabin & Dots Project Project #2, entitled Offset, is now finished and is currently on display at our group exhibit in L’Abbaye. After a three month break it wasn’t easy to get back to my quilting projects … But I finally jumped back into work and managed to get my motivation back! I made significant progress on my projects except one which even took a big step backwards … Let’s see in details! I made good progress on three out of the five projects listed! J’ai bien avancé sur trois des cinq projets listés ! #1 – Gee’s Bend Inspired Quilt This project is near completion! I attached the binding by machine last week and will hand stitch it at our next group meeting in February. Ce projet est presque terminé !
