For about a year I meet on a regular basis my quilting friend Sophie to work on different improvisation projects.
Depuis environ une année, je rencontre régulièrement mon amie Sophie et nous travaillons sur différents projets d’improvisation.
We are now working on Sherri Lynn Wood book. My quilt Déconstruction completed last September results from the fourth exercise of this book and I should now start Score #5.
When we last met I put the book aside though and made progress on an improv’ exercise I started at Rayna Gillman workshop.

Love the explorations going on here!
Both quilts are simply wonderful!!
J aime vraiment beaucoup votre travail.. Il m inspire.. MERCI 🙂
I'm enjoying the works by both of you!
I haven´t tried these modern improvisation quilts, but may be … Because yours look great!
What a lovely idea, and it looks quite straightforward!
I love where your quilting has been going over the last year Sophie. Your new quilt has an interesting mix of fabrics and although I like both quilts I prefer yours as it has a feeling of spaciousness which appeals to me. I look forward to seeing your take on score 5.

It's always nice to see what you are up too! Love both quilts! I'm getting inspired to let loose on some improv quilting now!
awesome… love both of the quilts. great job ladies. micki@2dogsstudio.us
I too like both quilts a lot. It's interesting to see where you have taken the piece you started with Rayna; I love the use you have made of that initial, really unusual piece of fabric.
I love the connection between the slate greys and the stone prints Sophie! Will you hand or machine quilt this one? You've achieved so much this year, and everything you've done is so impressive 🙂 It must be really good fun to have a quilty friend to meet with on a regular basis – Sophie no. 2's quilt is great too! x
Both quilts are wonderful, ladies !! Thank you for sharing.
je ne connaissais pas ces artistes! les résultats de vos improvisations me font réfléchir!
