I had not very much time for quilting this week. And I’m afraid it will be the same till the end of the month … But I’ve worked on two of my projects anyway.
Je n’ai pas eu beaucoup de temps pour le quilting cette semaine. Et j’ai bien peur que ce ne soit pareil jusqu’à la fin du mois …Mais j’ai quand même travaillé sur deux de mes projets.

This week we saw our “royal babies” for the first (and the last) time …
Cette semaine nous avons vu pour la première (et la dernière) fois nos “royal babies” …
Since I wrote about our little neighbours early in May we had been observing them every day. First when they were building their nest and after when they were feedind the chicks. What a job ! They had been looking for food from morning till night.
Depuis que j’ai écris à propos de nos petits voisins, début mai, nous les avons observés chaque jour. D’abord quand ils construisaient leur nid et ensuite quand ils nourrissaient les petits. Quel travail ! Ils cherchaient de la nourriture du matin au soir.
Unfortunately one of the adult disappeared at the beginning of the week and the day after this little one fell out of the bird house.
Malheureusement, un des adultes a disparu en début de semaine et le jour suivant ce petit est tombé du nichoir.
(I’m really close but there is a window between us !)

Taking advantage of the absence of their parents, the others went out too …
Profitant de l’absence de leurs parents, les autres sont aussi sortis …
I’m just hoping now they have grown enough to live on their own.
J’espère juste maintenant qu’ils sont assez grand pour se débrouiller seuls.
